Shipping policy
Shipping is calculated automatically on the website once you register your details and add items to your cart. Proceed through the checkout process to view your shipping charge. You can return to shopping at any stage, cancel the order or proceed to checkout. Please note, we do not set the freight charges. Freight is calculated using Australia Post weight and size parameters and/or the available freight services that we may engage with at the time of your purchase. We do not offer delivery lead times. Delivery can take anything from 24 hours to 20 days depending where the delivery address is situated (more if outside of Australia).

When you opt for PICK-UP (Townsville -QLD Only), we will contact you and arrange a date and time for pick up near Fairfield Post Office, or we will look at a different location to support our customers. If we agree on a different delivery/pickup location if will remain FREE of charge.

Wally Wax Creative Candles offers deliveries to most major areas of Australia and the world using Australia Post and/or other services. A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by us. We do not accept liability or delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. Deliveries will be left if no-one is home unless otherwise specifically stated on your order. Candles are not meant to be left outside, or in cars in high temperatures.

We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered.
All items purchased from Wally Wax Creative Candles are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow 5-20 business days for packaging and shipment (estimation), this can be up to 25 days in peak times of the year -especially around November/ December. We encourage our customers to take this into consideration when purchasing. If you do not receive your order within this time frame please contact us as soon as possible. Wally Wax Creative Candles does not accept any responsibility for delivery times, this is totally pursuant to the terms and conditions and times set by Australia Post and/or other couriers/services. We DO NOT refund shipping in the case of late deliveries.
