Returns;

We have a NO RETURNS policy. We DO NOT do cash returns or refunds.

Damages and issues;

When posting, if we use Australia Post, we will ensure that you have Australia Post Insurance to cover for damage or undelivered items. We will share your tracking number with you.

It is highly recommended that someone be available to collect your order on delivery. Wally Wax Creative Candles is not responsible for parcels left outdoors in hot temperatures/ wet weather.

Please inspect your order upon receiving.

If we make a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately with details, and we will work with you to rectify the issue within 20 business working days. Give us the opportunity to make it right!
